- Materials in the Raw provides a delivery service direct to site or your home. We have a huge fleet of trucks equipped to provide a fast and reliable delivery service. We can split load small quantities on the same truck generally this is two products only per load. Split loads will only be accepted to one delivery address otherwise a further delivery fee will be charged. Split loads will also reduce the overall capacity of the truck load by approximately ½ tonne per load, for example a 6 tonne truck will only carry 5 ½ tonne on a split load. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9 tonne trucks are available and all can service a split load. Therefore the total weights of the products should not exceed the tonnage of the trucks, as specified above.
Please Note: If more than one delivery is placed to the same location the delivery fee will also need to be charged twice. - Privacy & Security
- Materials in the Raw takes the collection and privacy of your personal data very seriously.
We collect personal data only when you provide it to us, through registration, completion of forms or e-mails, as part of an order for products or services, inquiries or requests about materials being ordered and similar situations in which you have chosen to provide the information to us.
The database and its contents remain at our company and stay with data processors or servers acting on our behalf and responsible to us. Your personal data will not be passed on by us or by our agents for use by third parties in any form whatsoever, unless we have obtained your consent or are legally required to do so.
The data we collect will only be used for the purpose of supplying you with the requested products or services or for other purposes for which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law.
In light of the importance of protecting children's privacy, we do not collect, process or use on our website any information relating to an individual whom we know to be under 13 years old without the prior, verifiable consent of his or her legal representative. Such legal representative has the right, upon request, to view the information provided by the child and/or to require that it be deleted. - Returns & Refunds Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product supplied by Materials in the Raw, please call us on (02) 9773 1200 to lodge a Refund or Return request within 14 days of the receipt of the product. Your request will be considered within 7 business days, and if successful, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Notice. When the item is returned, we will exchange it for you or offer a refund based on your original method of payment.
The product must be returned to Materials in the Raw with a copy of the Return Authorisation Notice within 10 business days of the authorisation of the Refund or Return request.
Please note that Materials in the Raw does not permit the return of or offer refunds for products and materials that have been over ordered and are in excess of the customer’s requirements.
Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first. We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice.
If your return is not due to Materials in the Raw error, we will deduct transport and handling costs from your refund.
All sales from the Materials in the Raw website are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. - Updating Account Information
