Our business boasts a proud history and enthusiastic outlook as a market leader supplying landscaping and building materials across the Sydney Metropolitan area.As a result of renewed business initiatives, we are currently recruiting Sales Customer Service Representatives to join various branches located in Casula, Chullora and Guildford. The role of the Customer Service Representative is to assume a 2IC position to the Store Manager.

You will be required to manage various demands on a daily basis including:·        

• Responsibility for customer enquiries, sales and service both telephone and in-store
• Delivering, receiving and allocating
• Supporting inventory maintenance
• Assisting the store manager with daily operations as required.

You will gain exposure to a range of customers and support the store manager developing sales leads through your exceptional customer service skills.Ideally, you have a strong interest and understanding of building, landscaping and/or construction materials and are available to work weekends as required. You hold a valid driver’s license with a forklift license being advantageous. Naturally, you assume a high level of initiative, customer service ethic and interest in our industry. A team player with an appreciation for Work Health Safety, demonstrate sales capability and customer resolution skills.
